How parents can apply for their child to be admitted to the Reception Class of our school.

There is a Supplementary Information Form (this is optional) which is available below or from the office.  The Supplementary Information Form (SIF) relates to church attendance and does not have to be completed - it is optional.  Children do not have to attend church to apply for a place at St Mary's School.  If you do choose to complete a SIF, please return it to the school office.  The SIF will not be used from the 2024-25 academic year.

IN-YEAR Applications

If you are moving into the area during the school year, or are considering moving schools, you are very welcome to contact the school to arrange a tour with our Headteacher, Mr Frolish, who would be delighted to show you round our friendly, welcoming school.  Further information about the school can be found in our prospectus below.

Editable and PDF versions of our In Year Admission form can also be found below.  This must be completed and returned to the school directly for each child.  Application forms can be posted, handed in or emailed to the school office.
